      Pros

      Great products Making a real difference to the world Parts of the organization are great to work in Process driven Lots of training and support provided to new hires to ramp up CEO is inspiring and Cleve Moler!

      Cons

      Politics and toxic culture from some senior managers. Teams fight with one another for key projects If you're not in the clique, you can be frozen out of projects Several low performers who didn't quit and are now in key positions (based on tenure) Expanding in India and growth in US is very slow Quality Engineering department in quite toxic, avoid it if you can

      Development pace can feel slow and process-heavy May not be ideal if you’re optimizing for fast career growth, cutting-edge tech, or top-tier compensation.
