Lots of flexibility to try new things. Employees are treated very well and always put first. Managers are very understanding. Lots of opportunities to get involved in the local community. Self and peer reviews help foster an open and honest environment. Management listens and is constantly trying to improve the workplace.
Cons
Career growth is somewhat unclear and not often discussed. Not very flexible when it comes to work from home.
