      The freedom to work on projects with various teams of interest. Also the positive company culture with the right work life balance is a big plus. If you are open to learn, explore and perform then this role is a great fit.

      Cons

      Not everyone might like technical support. You are helping customers solve problems and it can get loaded at times, but in the long run brings out a great experience.
