This company is micro-managed beyond belief starting with the CEO on down; senior management is more concerned with cost cutting initiatives and running the company as thin as possible than they are with securing new customers; employees are not treated as team members but as a cost burden; the HR department is not engaged or employee friendly at all; there is a very high turnover of employees; this company is only growing due to acquisitions.
