Pros
Money is decent for the error but due to the discrimination, safety issues and management -the pay is nowhere near enough.
Cons
The management is the most unprofessional I have seen in all my career. The safety infractions that are covered up and swept under the table will eventually get someone hurt badly. Management is racist and chauvinistic, full of rampid age discrimination and very few people of different ethnicity are employed here. Women are treated less than. Management will tell you one thing, and do the complete opposite. Policies change depending on the manager, your gender, your age and the color of your skin. All co-workers are held to different standards. Some can play on their computers or walk around and socialize all day and are promoted. Others are wrote up over any mistake as we've been told, "Human error is no excuse".
