None unless in upper management.
Cons
Upper management has no accountability. Very top heavy. Worker workload is extremely high and overly scruitinized. Upper management makes bad choices or nothing to help employees succeed at their jobs. There is no guidance from upper management, only extra unnecessary work for the benefit of upper management. No serious effort to improve the company or working conditions of plant employees. Plant employees have to do research along with their daily workload with no help from a corporate research dept. (does not exist).
