There are very few, use to have decent overtime not anymore
Cons
Management has huge disconnect with workforce. No response from upper management on new ideas. Ageing workforce that just wants to show up until they have to retire. Extreme under staffing at all locations. Turnover is crazy high...except for under achievers they never leave....
