Pros
Not much pro... but the pay was competitive.
Cons
Two bosses with paid bonuses for their completely unaligned goals. One required topline sales growth, the other required strict management of a percentage of cylinders rented to cylinders on site - called cylinder utilization. Neither would accept reasoning for why one of the two would ultimately fail - the aggressive sales growth required meant cylinder utilization would have to be lower than 80%. One of the managers knowingly accepted (and in not so many words required) that the utilization numbers be fabricated. That was an ethical problem for me.
