Not worth it. - Operations Matheson Employee Review

It's their ballgame and they lI've to change any an all the rules at any given time to make sure they get what they want. There is no accoutablility for upper management to abide by any standards or guidelines. Wouldn't be such a bad place to work if the people in the upper positions valued their employees and actually showed that value to then in some form every now and then.
