Upper management in Matheson believes in micromanaging. It's operationally orientated and not sales or customer friendly. "if we could get rid of all these customers we could really cut our cost". The company seems to be running day to day with no long-range plans. They are more interested in paperwork, spreadsheets and self survival than they are giving personnel the tools and time to maximize their output. They cut cost in distribution to a sun. This isn't the army, it's a business with people that care and want to succeed.
