Pros
There is no positive to this company, everywhere else pays more, and they don't keep enough equipment around working to let you work. They subcontract to genOX or LGT. You can't make money here.
Cons
Avoid this company at all cost, you will be underpaid, the equipment is terrible, dispatch never knows what they are doing. Go to Airgas, at least they maintain their equipment, you won't have to worry about getting burned w liquid nitrogen, on a daily basis. This company is dangerous to work for, and full of OSHA violations. Yet they will fire you if your phone falls on the floor and you put it in a cup holder, while at a red light. Then tell you, that you've been laid off while blacklisting you to other companies using words like "terminated," and you won't be able to get a job, with a perfect driving record. Never seen anything like this, ever. It's a pathetic company, and I implore you to save your career and look elsewhere. It's not employee friendly. You have to watch your back here....oh, and they are very racist. VERY RACIST. The black employees get written up 2-3x as much over petty things vs the White employees.
