      The job is best job in the world. The people are great that I work with, middle management seems like they understand product and customer service. Great benefits

      Cons

      The new commission plan is the worse I have ever seen. Eg. $104,000 in gross profit in one month. Commission check $206. Our company was purchased by Matheson. This check with my former company would have been $2806.

      Vacation/PTO not the greatest. Needs to hire more people for manufacturing. Too many in customer support.
