Pros
Money is ok if you don't mind the 12 to 14 hr work day Supervisor and trainer very nice. One who goes the extra mile for you.
Cons
very strict. too many updates of video training, weekly knowledge tests sensitive internal cabin camera that records every arm, hand and eye movement, if it is activated, you are probably going to lose your bonus and/or get fired. if you get stopped by DOT, no matter the reason, you will have a voice call with 5 managers who treat you as if you were an incompetent 5 year old who has just started at his or her first job. unexpected overnight possible every week, not once a month. Manager looks over his back and does not support nor care about the drivers when needed.
