Work is easy, no strict attendance point system. Easy work for the money
Cons
No opportunities for advancement or raises. Management is a joke, theres zero communication between upper mid and lower Management. The safety protocols are so extreme it negatively affects productivity. Pay is at the bottom of the market standard.
