Pros
If you like working with kids and seeing them get deep understanding of math concepts, this is great. Managing learning plans isn’t tough with the implemented system, and a small team means you may sometimes even work alone.
Cons
Obviously, since it’s a tutoring center it’s only open when the kids aren’t in school, which means students are around from 3-8 on weekdays and there’s a possibility that it’ll be open on the weekend.
