Pros
You get valuable sales training and experience. Cannot put a price on it. You also get trained on how to communicate with customers, children, and fellow employees. Pretty much the training is great.
Cons
Pay isn't horrible though you might not get as many hours as you'd like. If you aren't good with kids, do not pursue a non corporate job here.
