      - The people - Commission structure - Office atmosphere - Drama free work environment - Open communication with upper management - Upper management really listens to any suggestions people have - Office amenities (AMAZING fitness center!!)

      Pay, benefits, leave, equipment provided, if you're on the fence take the job and make your own conclusions

      Cons

      That "we're a family" nonsense. Micromanagers, incompetence in leadership, metrics too big, lots of people let go, they only promote the closest people to them.
