I am truly happy with the level of support and care from the Matlen Silver team. From day one on the floor, I have been equipped with more access to information and open communication with staff. The team that I have been paired with is very welcoming and nice. I have worked with various contracting companies and primarily felt like the employee is the last on the totem pole, but here it's totally different.
