About Chennai :
1. Partialities: A lot of Partialities. We have been working with almost 100+ employees, but all advantages go to only for some team employees.
2. Favoritism: :
a)Most employees left the company but Chennai management supported only the favorite employees.
b)The Spot awards were repeatedly provided for a few associates. What about others?
c)You won't get any credits at any points. All credit goes someplace. How about others, they don't perform fabulously?
3. Communication:
a)Chennai People teams have to communicate with each employee to comprehend the mindset. But it never happened.
b)People team should be functioning for all employees, What ensued here?
4. Management: The entire top management leaders are changed. The leaders only focus on the Business, won't bother about the employee including Chennai heads.
5)Performance Reviews:
Learn more(Indoors), Earn better(Outdoors) Because of the Upcoming years, Quarterly Performance Review but Annual Performance Salary. OMG.
