      Good Management and always looks for growth in business. Best work culture and flexible timings for IT people. Cool CEO who keeps everyone informed on Matson future endeavors.

      Cons

      Not getting recognition upto that level in IT Services. Only top management growth is visible. Need to work on growth of individuals as well.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
