      Pros

      Supportive environment that values hard work while also appreciating the delicate work/life balance. Long standing history and is a very financial stable company which is comforting in today's market state.

      Cons

      Many of the people have been here for 20+ years which is both a blessing but also a downside, as Matson would benefit from some outside perspective.

      Great benefits if that's all you care about.

      Cons

      Bullying is brushed off as personality differences. Favoritism and butt kissing is the only way to survive or get ahead. They offer lots of leave and cover medical leave 100% of pay so people abuse the time off policies. Leadership will spend up to 50% of their day whispering in dark corners with their favorite employees. Management ignores all the toxicity. No wonder good people leave and they are left with the people who only care about the benefits and how much they can abuse them.
