Pros
Matterport is a great place to go to work everyday. The technology is really interesting, the coworkers are smart, fun and thoughtful. The benefits are over the top for a company of this size. The exec team cares and are passionate about the work we are doing.
Cons
It is a private company, so sometimes you have to wear a lot of hats and priorities will change for time to time. But it is cool to have your work matter and to affect everyone else.
