Pros
It has an amazing company culture. You will work with some of the brightest and kindest people. Everyone is truly passionate about what they do and work incredibly hard to achieve similar goals. Within the past year they have really tried to cater to a new normal. With the newer CEO things have begun to really transition and move towards a very exciting future!
Cons
It’s still within a startup phase, but, quickly transitioning out. I’ve worked at other startups and this transition phase can be very difficult for some to adjust to, as it is every changing. You would need to be passionate in your career, as well as, passionate for the company to endure speed bumps. As previously stated by others, it is very male centered management, there seems to be a shift, but it could definitely benefit from more female and minority leadership in C-Suite and on the Board.
