Pros
Depending on your role, there are some brilliant folks around. You get a birds eye view of the entire organisation from marketing > SDR > AE > CS. + Sales enablement + Sales ops / market ops.
Cons
- Poor management. The management team is disconnected with the ground issues and doesn't seem to know what is happening. People doing the heavy lifting are not properly rewarded - Very weak enterprise product market fit (Join the channel team instead of the enterprise; Matterport doesn't have a strong solution to address the enterprise world) - Imbalance compensation structure; SDRs are not properly compensated in Matterport for our responsibilities
