      Similar to other tech companies: fun, fast paced environment. Hired for culture and fit.

      Cons

      Like clockwork, every 2 years, 30% of companies gets laid off. So only come if you get a raise on salary and title, then start looking for a new job after year 1.

      Pros

      good pay and commission, management at the time was great and encouraging. i learned a lot with leaders and gained a lot of experience in this role. product is fun to sell and not so difficult depending on your region.

      Cons

      everything changed after Costar acquired us. all benefits and perks like summer fridays, remote work and good health care were taken away. also work environment became toxic. sad to see what they did to good old MTTR.
