Pros
They worked well with me and placed me promptly at a location quite a distance from my home. I was given the job title of Lead Unix Administrator and worked with the off-shore support group, creating training materials, procedures, etc. I learned a lot while accomplishing more than expected.
Cons
Once the contract came to an end it seemed like they forgot that they had me in their pool, I spent an inordinate amount of time finding my next gig.
