Cons
This company is not worth doing business with unless you are looking for a very short term contract while you find better work opportunities. 1) they initially advertised a role as paying $50/ hr, then once interviewed and offered the job, they claimed the ad was incorrect and that the role actually only paid a maximum of $37/ hr. 2) In the contract they attempt to pay less than 1.5x the regular hourly wage for Overtime, which is illegal. Know the Federal labor laws, specially if you are a W-2 employee. 3) They claim to offer work life balance, but they have zero transparency on how you accrue PTO. They offer 10 days of PTO, but they wont pay you for Holidays or Sick time off (despite state laws). Since they wont pay Holidays, any PTO you accrue go to covering any holidays when businesses are closed and you aren't allowed to work. Lesson here is - You don't get any PTO to cover personal time or when you get sick.
