When I joined Maveric, I came to know that the purpose of Maveric is to build a Happy Community. I initially thought like any company this is one of those cliche statement. Having spent 4+ years, i realized that it is actually giving all it possibly can to really stay true to 'Creating a Happy Community'. Yes company faces economic slow down, when industry itself is, all the not-so-good things follow. But you still get respect as a professional. Your contributions are valued. To sum it up, there's trust that we are in it together, and hence long-term commitment.
