Can enjoy your personal life very much if you work for Maveric telecom business unit. employees never clock 8 hours per day. you can come to office by 11.30am and leave by 5pm sharp.
Cons
No proper leadership, no vision, Minimum bench period is 6 months and they can keep you in bench for more than a year too. Huge politics while project allocation. your skills will never will recognized. They listen only to their old employees who does not have much business knowledge.
