Nothing! They might hire you on a high salary.

Cons

They will deduct your hard-earned money if you forget to fill your timesheet even or two-three days a month. No interaction of Management with their employees. Every day you will find a new Hr and it's very difficult to get hold of them. No one even reply to your mail
