The company is run like a family mafia. All the Directors are related to each other. Nepotism is rampant. People are hired based on their relationship with the management, not based on Merit. Very bad treatment of employees. The receptionist who is related to one of the director openly abuses employees. The CEO is so unprofessional, I have seen him with an unlit cigarette in his mouth roaming around in the office. Projects Managers and Mid management level is completely rotten. Employee abuse is one of the highest. This is a body shopping company who trade people like slaves for billing, leaving them in poor conditions on Client onsite locations. Official meetings happen in Tamil language. If you don't know Tamil, you will be completely lost.
