Pros
Amazing benefits. The company has really invested in the benefits offered to employees, including full medical, dental, vision, term life and accidentally death and dismemberment plans, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k, flex spend accounts, and tuition reimbursement.
Cons
The company values do not transfer to the store level. Management is not trained properly or even qualified when promoted. There is little follow through with discipline, if any. None of the management (at least in my area) have a good understanding of recruiting, interviewing, training, conducting reviews, or increasing profitability through payroll management and inventory control.
