      Pros

      Above minimum wage (I make 8.25 per hour). The boss is very flexible around your schedule and never yells at us, she is very polite but firm in what she expects of us

      Cons

      There is always an overload of work, everything never gets done and there is only 15 minute break to eat food which you dont always have time to take because there's so much to do

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
