      Atmosphere Maverik has created is amazing!

      Cons

      They are too busy changing their processes and all over the board with great ideas , nothing seems to stick and they have us so busy with nonsense there isnt any time to run the business . Way too many upper level positions and too few for the stores

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
