      Pros

      Maverik is a family oriented company, everyone including the "shirts", treat you as though they have known you for years. Maverik takes interest in their employees, from the cashier up to the store directors.

      Cons

      The only con I have seen is they put their trust into NEW store directors(which is actually not a con), but they don't follow up often with new directors.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
