Pros
At first it was all positive but soon became a very big let down. Upper management does not support lower management staff; constantly on your back for the littlest of factors... sets unrealistic goals for any bonus. Has set too low of wage scale for the amount of work that it's required, consequently results in very high turn over in staff.
Cons
Changes to this position - was expected to work at least 60 hours per week; regardless of reason, no overtime is authorized for staff. Useless hours are spent gathering data that is already in corp databases. If you are contemplating working for them, talk with the current workers and see how they feel about working there, also about their manager/area manager - you will be glad you did!
