Always cleaning up other people's messes. Babysitting employees so they don't disappear. Having to be in the vview of the front door whole shift, but still required to clean forecourt, do garbage, prepare morning condiments, donuts, hotdogs, grab supplies from deep freezer, wash dishes, clean whole store, restock, refill, maintenance, and help customers. If even one thing is not complete, you get reprimanded. Or you get accused of deliberately not doing your job. Management play favorites. . Store managers and district managers will attempt to bypass laws, policy, and even HR/ADA requirements. They will shame you for disabilities, deny the use of workmed, and attempt to shorten or completely invalidate your ADA accommodations, then attempt to insult your intelligence if you reach out to HR.
