      Pros

      I worked in the marketing dept and I really enjoyed it. There was a good work/life balance and I worked with some fun peeps. Maverik is innovative and an industry leader. Good leadership. Rapid growing company.

      Cons

      Employee pay could be a bit higher. The marketing director is a good guy but was frequently away from the office on vacation which ultimately led the team without anyone to turn to for direction/approvals etc.

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
