      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Management picks favorites or gives people they know all the opportunities while other employees who are working hard get swept under the rug. Management also turns a blind eye to inappropriate conduct between employees making it an uncomfortable place to work. Management also discriminates against people with disabilities

      Pros

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
