Pros

Some friendlier customers, coworkers who help out in mornings, closer to home

Cons

No support for night shift, no support for transfer employees, left to wander around trying to figure out what additional tasks Night crew is responsible for. Multiple task lists that don't give full scope of work details. Every morning, being called out for not doing a task that was not required at another store or on the night crew list. Unable to use ADA accommodations because of workload. Management unaware of ADA benefits of transfer employees. Store using unsafe food practices for sliced tomatoes and onions. Attempted to object, gave opinion of matter and proper care of said food items, kitchen manager and managent said "That's how we do it here, so do it that way." Informed them i wanted that in writing so I could sign that I protested it, never given that opportunity. Management gets mad for staying late to get work done, then shows up late. (I won't say what store I'm at, because I know this will come back to me.

Pros

Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

Cons

Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
