      Been here for many years. Used to be a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Now that John Hillam has taken over, he has made it a goal to treat employees like garbage. Constant layoffs, benefits taken away, and more restrictions are placed on employees every week.

      Community and pay and knowing everyone and the feeling of being there for the community.

      Cons

      Constant changing of things that weren't broke, no backup by uppers, the stress of never having the hours needed to run the store so you have to work 16 hour days and get paid for a 40 hour work week and the insubordination
