Got in trouble for violating policy but yet no policy was provided to show me where I violated, training is non existing, micro management, can’t use the bathroom for more that 1 minute without putting no work home life balance.

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
