Customer and worker interactions of store to store vary drastically with how in shop politics are. You can meet good people and lots of low quality workers as well.
Cons
Lots of pressure from upper management, long hours, low pay for quality of work expected. Trail you on like a carrot on a stick to get store manager position. Its hard work and you have to like to be a leader without leader pay.

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.
Cons
It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
