Pros

There are no pros this place was just to get a foot in the industry

Cons

Horrible hourly and commission across the board, awful management, can’t keep any employees, poor standards, sub par equipment, stores constantly closing

Pros

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

Cons

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Pros

Manger is awesome, truly one of the few I have worked with that really belong in the position.

Cons

Everyone above him aren't, the regional management have unrealistic and no real idea of each stores process let alone willing to allow for proper training
