Pros

Good discount for employees,401k plan ok health plan needs to improve. The out of pocket deductions is way to high.

Cons

As a service manager with over 30 yrs experience the pay is not good and they don't give raises. There is a high rate of turnover

Pros

I’ve been with the company going on a year and yes they really care about their staff. If you work hard and prove that your an asset they notice. I’ve received 4 raises in the almost year I’ve been with Mavis. My latest promotion was a store managers position.

Cons

It’s sometimes hard to get a hold of HR or payroll it’s like the answering service doesn’t rely messages to them.

Pros

Consistent hours plus commission adds to your check. Pretty standard. Corporate place, do not need experience to get started and you can learn on the job and grow. You do get pto which adds up as you work. That’s nice and you do get a weeks vacation.

Cons

The place is open every day of the week including Sunday. Working until 6 every day is fine if you can swing it but depending on your life it’s not for everyone. You must take your weeks vacation all at once and it cannot be between nov 15th and Jan 15th-or something close To that. Can’t use it over the holidays. Usually ten hour days.
