I will be as brief as possible. After going over a year without a customer complaint, we were bombarded with complaints after only a month or so under Mavis. Business began to drop off after about 4 months. This is not a customer oriented company. It did not take long for customers to notice changes that were not in their favor. They took the complimentary popcorn and coffee away from my customers. And tried to not honor warranties that customers had Sun Tire invoices for. To any potential Mavis employee in the south: If you are not a part of the original Kauffman Tire company (01/18 acquisition), do yourself a favor and AVOID Mavis Southeast LLC! Your talent will get you nowhere! This region is headed by a Kauffman guy and he definitely supports his people (regardless of the talent level). Unfortunately, I had to leave after 6 months of being in the Mavis system. It is unfortunate, because I would have never left Sun Tire. We had several long term employees. Several of us have left this company. Sad I could go on and on.
