Phones go to an answering center in another state where customers are booked appointments for tires that are never ordered and stores don't stock. They make appointments and promise service time without knowing how many technicians are available, and if there is a technician available to that has the skill set and certifications to complete the work they have promised. They encourage service writers and technicians to provide unnecessary work/repairs. You are constantly left to deal with angry customers, overworked technicians and a lack of support.
