- Mandatory 5 days in office
- There is no yearly performance review thus no bonuses.
- There are no yearly raises. You must negotiate (This can be a Pro or Con depending on your perspective)
- Very inconvenient PTO policy, PTO must be taken at 5 day uninterrupted intervals, meaning that all PTO taken must be from Monday to Friday and must be used 40 hour straight. I believe this policy is for all employees, the CEOs, VPs and retail employees follow this.
-If you need to take just 1 or 2 days off, you must use you sick time that you have accrued.
- If you haven't accrued your sick time and still take those days off, you will go unpaid for those hours.
