Pros

It is a great company to work for with very intelligent people working for the company. -Offices are nice and up to date. -Daily Shuttle to train station. -In Office cafeteria -Leadership is very hands-on and know the nuances of the business very well.

Cons

- Mandatory 5 days in office - There is no yearly performance review thus no bonuses. - There are no yearly raises. You must negotiate (This can be a Pro or Con depending on your perspective) - Very inconvenient PTO policy, PTO must be taken at 5 day uninterrupted intervals, meaning that all PTO taken must be from Monday to Friday and must be used 40 hour straight. I believe this policy is for all employees, the CEOs, VPs and retail employees follow this. -If you need to take just 1 or 2 days off, you must use you sick time that you have accrued. - If you haven't accrued your sick time and still take those days off, you will go unpaid for those hours.

Pros

It’s fun to work with the customers and learn about different Tires, learning to recognize quality product over junk and being able to communicate same to customers.

Cons

There could be a significant amount of Micro-Management They may promote people with much less experience over others who have been there awhile People who are relatively inexperienced may “Coach” people w/ much MORE experience. A “Trainer” may train the same person who trained them. You may work here awhile and earn the same base pay as someone starting tomorrow. They may tell you to do something one way, 2 weeks later tell you to do it another way and in the 3rd week tell you to go back to the original way. They may want you to follow an established set of guidelines until otherwise. They may use their telephone system to filter calls from more affluent areas to certain individuals and less affluent areas to other individuals.
