      Cons

      Senior management take you for granted and offer no help if targets aren't met. Different salaries paid to employees doing the same job which creates friction. Work/Life balance is seriously balanced towards work with many extra hours expected to be undertaken without any further compensation. Never made to feel like a valued employee.

      Pros

      Maxcess provides you with the tools, freedom, and trust to do your job effectively. This is one of the best environments I have ever worked in and it is felt across the board with everyone I have encountered domestically and globally. Work/life balance as well as culture is incredible here!
