Pros
I met some really great people there that were all around my age. We got along well and I still stay in touch with some of them despite being almost 2 years past when I left!! PTO is generous and we worked from home on Fridays which was nice.
Cons
This position was nonstop cold calling for basically 6 hours a day. The other 2 hours were filled with pointless meetings first thing in the morning, in the middle of the day, and the end of the day (every single day every single week). Seriously, a ridiculous amount of meetings where you sit there and think, "this could have been an email". My office was also very cliquey... sort of reminded me of high school in that way. The managers are all "drinking the Kool-Aid" as they like to say, and the office manager rarely congratulated us on accomplishments and instead told us nonstop motivational quotes like "the top of one hill is the bottom of the next". Between recruiters and field support specialists it is very disorganized and communication between the two could use improvement. Overall, this job was not worth the stress I endured every single day. Constant anxiety and micromanagement. I somehow lasted 9 months there and every day was spent with a morning dreading going to work, sometimes to the point of crying about it.
